Longevity spinach, Gynura procumbens, is an edible leafed green with strongly useful medicinal properties. While not well-known in the United States, it is becoming increasingly popular for its dynamic properties. It can be used raw or cooked, incorporated into smoothies or stir-fries or how you might use spinach or Swiss chard greens.
